Your rights & grievances

DPDP Act 2023 ss.11–14 · GDPR Arts. 15–22

If you have an account, the fastest way is Settings → Privacy & data in the console: download your data, correct your profile, withdraw consent, name a nominee or delete your account yourself, straight away. Otherwise, use the form below or write to our Grievance Officer.

We reply to requests within 30 days and to grievances within 30 days.
We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address on the account.
If you visited a website that uses ServerPulse, that website's owner decides about your data; we will pass your request to them.
If our answer does not resolve your grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your EU/UK data protection authority.

We use what you send only to handle this request and keep the record for three years after it is closed, as evidence that it was answered (see the privacy notice).
